To reschedule an evaluation, provide at least 48 hours' notice. Missed evaluations without notice will incur a rebooking fee.

• Certification Validity: Certification is valid for one year and must be renewed annually through re-evaluation.
• Non-Transferable: Certification is only valid for the dog that was evaluated and cannot be transferred to another dog or owner.
• Behavior After Certification: Certification reflects the dog’s behavior at the time of testing. We are not liable for changes in behavior after certification, and owners remain responsible for their dog’s conduct at all times.
• Acceptance Discretion: While our certification demonstrates that the dog meets public behavior standards, businesses and organizations retain the right to accept or refuse entry to service or support dogs.
