1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, including requesting consultations, booking certifications, or interacting with the website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility for Certification
Our certification services are intended for dog owners preparing their dogs for public roles, such as emotional or medical support animals. Successful completion of the process depends on meeting our evaluation standards.

Enrollment requires:

• A 15-minute consultation to determine readiness for the program
• Submission of necessary medical and veterinary documents

Please Note: We reserve the right to decline enrollment if your dog does not meet the minimum requirements for certification.


3. User Responsibilities
​You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during consultations, evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Follow all instructions and training advice provided by Beyond the Vest Certification.
• Attend scheduled evaluation sessions on time and in appropriate settings.
• Use the certificate and tag responsibly—only for dogs that have successfully completed the evaluation process.

4. Certification Validity and Renewal
Certification is valid for one year. To maintain certification, you will need to schedule a re-evaluation. Certification is only valid for the specific dog that was evaluated and cannot be transferred to another dog.


5. Payment and Refund Policy

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Renewals: Re-evaluations are required annually to renew certification, and additional fees will apply.
• Refunds: Refunds are not available after the consultation or evaluation has taken place.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid incurring additional costs.

6. Limitations of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality certification services, we cannot guarantee access to all public spaces. Certification reflects the completion of our evaluation process, but businesses and airlines may have their own policies regarding service dogs. We are not liable for any decisions made by third parties regarding entry or access.


7. Use of the QR Code Certificate
The QR-coded certificate links to a secure page on our website that verifies your dog’s certification status. By using the certificate, you consent to share non-sensitive information (evaluation status) with relevant parties (e.g., businesses, airlines) for verification purposes.


8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the certification process, materials, and documents, is the property of CSSDCP and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the website or certification materials without our permission.


9. Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Services and Terms
